Experience I have been selling real estate for over 13 years in the Las Vegas Valley and I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes and investment properties. I am well versed in the REO and BPO process. I have worked with US Bank (USAA and Cendant Mobility) on REO properties doing countless BPO’s and then listing the properties for sale. I have experience in cash for keys, lockouts, clean-outs, minor and major repairs. I have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Minor in Urban Planning from the University of Milwaukee. I have been a real estate investor for 10 years with multi-family and single family homes. This gives me an inside knowledge of rental properties management and landlord activities.
